Why I built sonu.

Growing up, my grandmother would oil my hair and my sisters'. It wasn't a routine – it was a moment. The kind of care that stays with you. Standard minoxidil aerosol cans are filled with plastic components – plastic nozzles, plastic caps, built without a second thought for what happens after. sonu is different. Our can is slim aluminum with zero plastic in contact with the formula, using a bag-on-valve system that keeps the minoxidil sealed in a metallic foil pouch. Nitrogen propellant – no harsh chemicals. The outer box is FSC-certified, fully recyclable, with soy-based inks and an embossed sun motif. When you're done, the aluminum recycles infinitely. Nothing leaches. Nothing sheds.
